What does the Culture & Promotion distribution network consist of ?
Over 1,100 display stands located in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France, in sites chosen for the recurring presence of a public interested by the cultural proposals. The stands are installed for free in arts centres, theatres, museums, libraries, media libraries etc. They contain leaflets in all formats, which are regularly renewed. The locations that host display stands appreciate the free service offered to their visitors.
Who distributes cultural information contained in the display stands?
Any operator likely to provide information on cultural projects (expos, spectacles, season, events...) Arts centres, museums, theatres, cinemas, academies, centers of training courses, Art schools, galleries, media libraries, libraries, cultural organizations, artist-exhibitors, organizers of events.
How is restocking organized?
Our teams restock, renew and lay out the content of the display stands once or twice a week. The client chooses the length of time material is on show, the number of display stands used and the geographical distribution areas. Leaflets may be supplied by the advertiser or designed and produced by Culture & Promotion, as the client prefers.
What results can you achieve?
You can reach passing customers who are difficult to contact through the traditional media. You can present them, effectively and simply, with information that would otherwise be fragmented and come in many forms. You can reach a targeted public consuming cultural productions. The display stand medium reduces waste and, therefore, the number of brochures that you need to produce. Restocking is in proportion with actual consumption. Cost per contact is low and target selection high.
